Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your tutoring service enrollment at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds for unused tutoring sessions may be available if requested within 14 days of purchase and before the first session has been completed. Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.

Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule tutoring sessions by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.

Service Modifications

excellentaustyle reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or full refunds as appropriate.
